Our toppers are produced from 100% natural latex sourced from responsibly managed rubber plantations no synthetic fillers, no blended rubber, no undisclosed additives. The natural Dunlop process produces a dense, consistent foam with excellent long-term resilience and a well-documented track record in regulated global markets.
Options
Available in soft (14–19 ILD), medium (26–31 ILD), and firm (32–38 ILD) firmness profiles, with thickness options from 2cm to 10cm. Standard sizes cover all international bed formats; custom dimensions are available with confirmed lead times. Multi-zone configurations — combining different ILD sections within a single topper — are also supported for advanced product builds.
Structure
Each topper features an open, interconnected cell structure that allows unrestricted airflow through the full depth of the layer. Honeycomb perforation patterns are available as standard or custom configurations, enhancing ventilation and giving the topper a distinctive aesthetic on the production floor and in marketing materials.
