Made from 100% natural latex harvested from rubber plantations in Southern Thailand. Naturally hypoallergenic, dust mite resistant, and free from SBR or synthetic additives.
Options
Available in 4 configurations: Monozone, 5-Zone, 7-Zone, and 3D Zone. Thickness ranges from 12mm upward, with densities from 50D to 99D to suit every application.
Structure
Produced via the Dunlop process, each core features an open-cell structure with pin-core ventilation holes for superior airflow. Available in uniform Monozone or ergonomically zoned layouts.
Customisation
All cores are available for OEM production. Custom sizes, densities, zone configurations, thicknesses, and branding options available upon request. MOQ applies.
