Our multi-faceted approach combines renewable energy initiatives, water conservation, waste reduction, and carbon-neutral logistics to create premium latex products that benefit both our customers and the planet.
From Rubber Tree to Your Doorstep Every Step, Perfected
Our latex doesn’t begin on a factory floor it begins in the rubber plantations where skilled tappers harvest the purest natural latex sap by hand. From that first drop of latex milk to the finished product that leaves our Hat Yai facility, every stage of our process is guided by 55 years of expertise, strict quality control, and a genuine respect for both craftsmanship and nature.

Rubber Tree Sap
It all starts at the source. Skilled plantation workers tap the bark of mature Hevea brasiliensis rubber trees, allowing the natural latex milk to flow and be collected in cups. This harvesting process is entirely non-destructive the same tree can be tapped continuously for up to 30 years, making natural latex one of the most renewable raw materials in bedding manufacturing.

Collection & Transport
Freshly harvested latex sap is collected daily and transported to our processing facility in Hat Yai under carefully controlled conditions. Speed and temperature management at this stage are critical latex milk begins to coagulate naturally if not handled correctly. Our collection and logistics chain is designed to preserve the integrity of the raw material from the moment it leaves the tree.
